14+ week Return to training and impact Post Partum Program

We know you want to get back to training asap - that’s why our initial 8 sessions helps you physically and mentally move through the very early post partum days (yes we said days) and after that you have a structured 6 week load phase to slowly build your weight and intensity as your progress
