Moving your body brings you joy, relief, time-out, a more focussed mind, patience, pride and confidence.

The mental benefits of training are unquestionable, but the physical ones can’t be forgotten.

Exercising during pregnancy can reduce the risk of gestational diabetes, hypertension, incontinence, depression and anxiety, lower back and pelvic pain. Women who exercise have been shown to have less complications during birth, and improved health outcomes for their baby.

Despite all the benefits, there are less than 1/3 of Australian Women meeting the recommended guidelines for exercise in pregnancy, and we believe for some that is due to fear, and lack of support.

Our pregnancy program is designed to change with your body, beginning from week 13 and finishing at week 39/40.

Set up your habits now, and carry them into the Post-partum with our Return to Training 16 week program, including Physio prescribed core rehabilitation program.

Meet the Mummas

Coach Courtney Brown, and Caity Daley Physio have 20 years of combined experience in Health and Fitness.

Courtney is a female strength coach, nutritionist, hormone health coach and pre and post natal coach. She focusses on helping women build muscle by supporting their metabolism and hormones.

Caity is a Womens Pelvic Health Specialist Physio, movement coach and yoga teacher. She supports women during pregnancy and postpartum, to ensure they look after their pelvic floor and core.

They met in the park in Newcastle while Courtney was pregnant with her first baby. Courtney was experiencing Pelvic Girdle Pain, and with Caity’s help was able to completely resolve it.

The interaction sparked a partnership which is driven by wanting to help Mums to be active, and of course strong.
